Refunds

You can always return your pre-loved item within 7 days if you meet the following conditions:

• Item is not custom-made
• Item is not damaged due to misuse, abuse, normal wear & tear
• Produce original receipt upon requesting for refund

If your item is not qualified for refund, bring it to us, and we'll see if we can help you with it!

Exchanges

Sometimes, it takes awhile to discover what's not your true love, and we understand that. Just take it back to us within 30 days and you'll be able to exchange it for another image that will stay better with you. Our team will examine your item and you get to either instantly choose another piece, or we'll give you store credits to purchase another piece whenever you deem like. We want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with what you're buying.
